Return & Exchange Policy
K-Love Beauty will issue a refund to you if your request it before your order has been processed and/or shipped.
We always want you to be happy with your purchase but we do not accept returns for sanitary purposes. When an order has been shipped and confirmed by our carrier that the order was delivered to the exact address you submitted, a refund will NOT be granted.
If you realized that you had given us the wrong address contact us within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care. If the correct item is currently in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, has been discontinued, and/or is a seasonal or limited-edition product, we will be happy to issue a refund for the purchase price instead.
